omg…one time, my friend kept me up all weekend then dragged me to bb&b. i was so exhausted that i sat on one of those half bed display things. i fell asleep AND THE BITCH LEFT ME THERE. i woke up with kids all up in my face. god knows how much time passed. i had to go find her at the bookstore next door.

lately i've been dreaming of poppies and seeing...
i made...
a pecan streusel bundt cake. two of them. i may or may not have almost finished half of one. it was sooooo good. i learned to bake at an early age. from scratch. i had an amazing grandmother who could pull random things out of the cupboard, pull out hand fulls of flour and sugar, whatever other goodies she would put in, and pull out amazing cakes and pastries that the whole neighborhood would come...
